Lee Steinebach
Lee Steinebach

Quixotic owner Lee Steinebach has been involved with computers and technology from age 9.  Since then, Lee has educated himself in various computer sciences on his own and at esteemed schools such as Grand Rapids Community College, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and Davenport University.  After his education, Lee participated in a number of different hobbies and jobs, including as a rock musician, a community actor, and a local disc jockey.  He was president of a local computer users’ group and was employed in IT support at many local businesses before branching out on his own, forming Quixotic Computing in 1995.

When not helping his valued clients and keeping up with the latest in technology, Lee enjoys spending time on music, travel (he hopes to get off the continent some day), and as much time outdoors as Michigan will allow.

Scott Bultman

Scott spent his early years hanging out after school and playing with Apple computers at Computerland, TRS-80's at Radio Shack, and taking apart radios. He has been an "early adopter" of technology ever since. Combining his techie side with a love of music and movies, Scott earned dual degrees in Film/Video and Electronic Music Composition from the University of Michigan (while studying FORTRAN and becoming a lifelong Apple Computer fan).

After graduation, Scott helped found the All-Music Guide, a vast music database project now available online. This time in the PC world taught Scott about dBase, DOS and value of frequent back-ups. In 1993, Scott's career took a 15-year detour when he became president of Uncle Goose Toys. During that time he relied on Lee to maintain the computer network in his expanding business. Scott developed several successful e-commerce websites and now helps our clients make money and increase efficiency with their websites.

Matt Plichta

Matt has been working on websites since 1995. When faced with the enormous cost of maintaining a website in the early days of the internet, Matt taught himself by coding sites for his band Milkhouse, and others. Since then, Matt has developed a wide range of programming skills -- creating a myriad of internet solutions for small to medium-size businesses in West Michigan (and across the United States). He also found enlightment in both Mac OSX and Linux systems.

Educated as a Classical Music Composition student at the University of North Texas, Matt finds a creative outlet in writing/teaching/performing music, in addition to programming, graphic design, and search engine marketing.

The newest member of the Quixotic team is also one of our most experienced. Originally a systems analyst and network specialist for such large local firms as Gordon Food Service, Meijer and Old Kent Bank, Darcy then acquired significant experience (and numerous awards) during her time at Novell. Since that time she has led teams at both Gracon Services and Trivalent. Over the last 14 years, her problem-solving skills and customer service have benefited both large and small business clients.  Darcy is currently completing her graduate degree while working full-time.
