Starting this week, Microsoft has started the release of Service
Pack 2 for the Windows XP operating system. This latest large-scale
update for Windows XP contains some significant changes to the way
the computer interacts via networking and the Internet, and there
may be things that you wish to consider before applying this service
pack.
In light of this new update, we have written up a guide to
Windows XP Service Pack 2. It
illustrates the new features that the service pack adds to Windows
XP, and discusses how the service pack may affect the programs that
you run. If you or your company uses a computer that has Windows XP
as its operating system, please take a look at this guide before you
install the update.
